Website down AGAIN...customer service basically told me to f@ck off when I called. Then tried to play a little BJ......HAD TO RE-LOG IN 11 TIMES CUZ I KEPT GETTING BOOTED OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF A HAND!!!! Calls are now answered by an answering service with 12 min wait times. DO NOT PLAY HERE ! I have been loyal to them for 5 years now it's TOTALLY PLAYING AGAINST A LOADED DECK!!! I don't know if anyone noticed but they have also jacked up the juice on top the usual shading of lines. Now we have fluctuating bet limits with their cute little 'triangles' indicating a green or yellow pursuant to how much they're willing to expose themselves on any event. I know they don't care about me and they have restructured to accommodate the clueless 'recreational' players but I will get on here and SBR every day to warn newcomers off this piece o chit site. Oh, I also lost 14 hands in a row. Didn't matter if dealer had a 5 or 6, always drew to a 20 or 21. If I doubled on 11, I always ended up with a 13 or 14. 9 out of ten times if dealer has a face card he ends up with another ten. It is utterly ridiculous. Incidently, I'm actually not on tilt from losing BJ session, I'm posting this hours after I've had a chance to calm down and regroup. Guys, take my word for it, this site has changed drastically, and it is awful. STAY AWAY!!!
