I made a deposit via credit card and the first attempt didn't go through due to error. The second attempt worked. But they have charged my credit card for both but only credited my Bovada account with one deposit.
I called customer service and emailed them a screen shot of my card transactions showing it went through and thus they can cross reference that and see they never credited my account with the funds.
Has anyone ever dealt with this and will they make good on this and give me my $500 back?

It may just be a hold. I tried to deposit 4 times with a CC once and all were denied. I check my account and all 4 attempts had been deducted from my balance. It wasn't an actual charge and the money was back 2-3 days later

It definitely deducted the money from my card and went through but it never credited my Bovada account. I sent my bank statement showing as much and they say they are reviewing it. I can't even log into my account currently while they review. This should be very simple. Cross reference my damn bank statement and see you took my money but didn't credit my bovada account and either credit my account or put the money back on my credit card by reversing the transaction. I shouldn't be waiting 48 hours for a decision. This is ridiculous

This is happening to me right now on bookmaker... So annoying, how long could it take to see that they took our money?
I don't know but I'm still waiting and they've had my bank statement for review for 2 days. In the meantime I can't even log into my account to keep playing with them if I wanted to. It's ridiculous that they can't immediately make this right.
