on sunday evening i went into live chat to put in a request for a vanilla reload payout of $500. i was told to come back at 6am pacific time in the morning to request it and i did just that. about 12 hours later, i get a notice on my account stating that my vanilla reload payout was rejected due to availability.
so i went back on the live chat to ask them well how about a moneypak withdrawal? those were also not available. then i asked about getting $500 worth of bitcoin and that options too was rejected because i had never deposited with bitcoin through 5dimes.
On feb 8th of this month i went into live chat to ask 5dimes about bitcoin. i specifically asked them if i deposited by credit card if i could also receive a payout through bitcoin later. the person on the live chat name was Mia and she said "that is correct."
today on live chat, kevin tells me that the policy changed yesterday when it came to that option and that i could not get $500 in bitcoin.
i got banned from using western union so i do not want to touch moneygram. i have read some instances where people have had some trouble with moneygram and although i received moneygram a few times through my heritage account before, i do not want 5dimes to send me anything through moneygram. i specifically had vanilla reload and moneypak setup through 5dimes so that i would never have to do person to person transfers and now this happens.
what i have now resorted to is to send an email for a sportsbook to sportsbook transfer of $500 to my bookmaker account. i ended up calling into 5dimes over the phone after talking to kevin in live chat and the lady over the phone said that the sportsbook to sportsbook transfer was per manager decision.
what is the big deal about a $500 payout? i cannot believe it.
