PPR league, I have Demaryious Thomas as my keeper (6th round or later)
Assuming AP and Foster are gone...Charles injury kinda scares me, but he might be the pick.
Thoughts?

Its really a tough spot to draft from this year. There are several viable options. To the point now when usual stalwarts such as Ray Rice or LeSean McCoy are afterthoughts.
At the #3 my board would be.
Charles
Poised to have a ridiculous season under Andy Reid. The injury is worrisome and hopefully you have time to sort it out by the time of your draft.
Richardson
Do not forget he was the #3 overall draft pick last year. He gets to work in a Norv Turner offense, which should benefit him. He has a knack for the endzone. I'm really high on his potential.
Martin
Months ago he was my #3 but after dissecting him, Ive had to bump up a few other prospects. Still, he has probably not reached his ceiling.

Its going to be a tough choice Jerry. Im in the same boat. I have Trent Richardson on both teams that already drafted and I hold the #3 spot in a draft next week. Its eating me alive. PPR league, I was the champ last year and everyone is hating. All these guys talk about is hoarding RBs so its going to have to be a RB-RB situation. Unless they fall I wont get to own Dez or AJ.
But that #3 spot (I chose to be there nonetheless) is perhaps the toughest to draft from. Arian Foster is falling down boards. Do you bite? Your board looks exactly like mine with those same 3. Im leaning towards eliminating Charles and have a toss up between Martin and Richardson.
I value guys who have a knack for the endzone and I think Trent is one of those guys. On the flip side, I think Martin gets the most amount of touches. Theres not much more we can do to make this decision easier, its just going with your gut at this point.

Spiller is the most hyped guy going into most drafts so I don't know if that means you should automatically back off or not. Fred Jackson still gets a lot of carries but, I guess that you can count on him to get injured.
The biggest issue for me on Spiller is a) are the Bills going to score enough with either a rookie or an questionable vet (they brought in Matt Leinhart for a look) and b) they will be behind so often it will be panic mode down the field.
I think Richardson is a safer pick (run oriented Cleveland) and Charles will be catching a lot of balls for what should be a more dynamic offense. I don't see Foster in this mix.
Good luck.
