Its a really big trade. Morris long term does seem like a sound prospective. What it means in 2013 is another story. You either believe he is a baller or you are on the fence. I like Lynch's prospects better of the next 16-32 games, but I could just as easily see Morris match that production.
Ryan > Stafford, but in fantasy it kind of is a wash. Just looked in my one league and 38 points separates them. That could very be the difference in a matchup or two.
Where you get the benefit is the VJax for Jimmy swap. You get to plug in a WR into your TE spot, all the while hunt for a replacement. I'm a big Jimmy Graham fan considering the value he brings.
In the short term you may be taking a hit but in the next 3 season you seem poised to get the better end 2/3 times.
