atlanta blocks raiders punt but instead of Atlanta scooping the ball raiders player runs it back to the other end zone, what happens ?

If its behind the LOS, the kicking team can return a blocked punt/kick, but they would have to get the yardage needed for the 1st down to maintain possession

Eagles beat the Giants in OT on a blocked FG that was scooped behind the line and ran in for the winning TD in like 1988, Had Parcells running all around the meadowlands trying to fight refs
