i live in vancouver, canada.... i have a friend who knows everyone (big stockbroker, does tons of charity events).
he knows a "huge pop star from vancouver"..... tells me the guy is gay..... i say "no way.... he dated tina turner". he says "yeah, he dated a man".... all-time classic comeback........... can't remember if i'd heard inklings back then that this singer was gay. often described as "confirmed bachelor" i think that's code.
anyway, Tina Turner is a big NO for me.

Id also be obliged to say. when I was 25-30 yrs old some of the older women at divorcee bars
were ready and more then able. Chauffer job I had between my two real jobs introduced me to
a wealth of older high society women that short of doing the nasty, had problems of there own and just needed an ear to
lean on. Never pursued any. Married by that time but memories worth holding onto.
