Bookmaker bouncing checks

ItˇŻs not enough I pay the 10% tax to deposit with a credit card because I donˇŻt want to deal with bitcoin and the volatility/hassles involved with that. ItˇŻs not enough I go through the agony of gambling money and squeaking out wins. ItˇŻs not enough I pay 55$ to have my winnings sent to me via check. But now I have to go through the hell of recovering a bounced check and sending them proof of the bounced check and a letter from my bank and if everything meets with their approval they will wave the 250$ fee they are threatening me with if the error was made by my bank (which it wasnˇŻt) and deposit my money back into my account in the hopes (IˇŻm sure) that I lose the 3 grand I won so that they never have to pay me?! And this is an A+ rated sports book?!

Why are you still receiving checks? Even with the volatility of Bitcoin, you can still dump a quick 10-20k without losing too much. And at most times I have gained, historically. Obviously things have been different as of late. My system for Bookmaker has been deposit with a card. Take payouts in crypto.

The checks go through a 3rd party servicer so it isnˇŻt Bookmaker who bounces them, it is the foreign bank that doesnˇŻt have enough money in the account that bounced it.

I used to drop everything I was doing when that check arrived and run down to the bank to cash it ASAP. Usually if I got it to the bank the moment I got it, I was good to go, but god forbid IˇŻd wait a day, and that thing would bounce.

Kind of BS that the fees the banks charge for bounced checks get refunded by BM as ˇ°free plays.ˇ±

Bitcoin payout = no more worries. (Unless the price of Bitcoin craters before you can switch to dollars.)

I remember when I was much younger, financed a car, had my first checking account but through partying and financial irresponsibility I got behind on my car payments. Collector came by and asked for the $300 I owed. Told him I just didn't have that kind of cash laying around. He replied, "well don't you have a checking account you could write us a check for?"
