I have games from November 25 and 29th that were marked as wins on Streak Survivor. I check it today and they were bugged as losses. Who do I go to for Covers to fix this bug for me ? I was on a 6 game winning streak and now it bumped me down to 1.

You've come to the right forum. We are currently experiencing technical issues with contests due to the maintenance of our sports data infrastructure. I have manually graded the games you had on the 25th and 29th. They should now display correctly.

 You have tons of errors all over the place with regards to the grading. I am not #7 as a SA team expert in the NBA, yet it shows that in my profile. No where close.

I am not #6 as a CHI team expert, you mis-graded it giving me 2 losses on the last match I selected when I was 1-1, giving me 14-3 when I should be 15-2. Take a look at the history.

I say tons of errors because I can't imagine I'm the only contestant experiencing these obvious errors.

 I had 6 wins on survivor also.  You gave me a loss when I won it.  Now I can't enter anything. 

I see Colin only replies to certain people.  

Why is that Colin?

NBA KOC -

November 29 - Orlando vs Brooklyn - 109-86 [real score] 123 - 100. It should be over 208.5.

And my Overall total: 281-242-2

I counted. It's: 277-232-2

So instead of: 10,900 points. I got 7,400.

Hey guys, sorry for all the headaches, we are not happy with them either.  I know that the product team is working hard on these to fix these issues.  I've asked the guys if they can provide an update for you. 

Manning2008SB, looks like that game was corrected and you received a win, unless there was a specific game you were referring to I can take a look.

Skyperus, I have re-graded the game from November 29th and should be correct now. We will look into your overall record as well and make and changes needed.
