3-4 yesterday.
DePaul/St Johns Over 151
We know what type of game we are going to get from the Johnnies, and I think we can safely assume that DePaul is going to lean right into that pace and go up and down. It tends to happen when STJ play in Carnesecca instead of the Garden. The Blue Demons could give STJ a run for their money, but they could also lose by 25, so I'll stick with just the over, as both offenses have a night.
Florida -4
Fading UNC again, cause they just aren't very good. They need a big time win, but I think that comes next vs UCLA. Florida guards are much better defenders than Carolinas, and they should get whatever they want in the paint with no sign of a rim protector anywhere on UNCs roster. FLA reminds me a lot of Alabama, who went into the Dean Dome and won by 15. This is atleast in Charlotte.
Siena +6.5
Bonnies coming off the big win vs Providence, now have to play a game where THEY are the hunted @ Siena, vs a team that has already shown they have some grit. Def a get up spot for the Saints, and I missed out on a better number (8.5), so I know I'm not alone in my thoughts. Siena has won this game straight up the last two times they've played in Albany.
Jacksonville St +16.5
Mizzou has Braggin Rights game next with Illinois, and this was a spot a couple weeks ago vs Cal, right before the KU game, that Mizzou was down 15 or so in the first half, but managed to come back and win, but not cover double digits. I think we get a similar outcome tonight. Jax may not get up by double digits, but they hang around long enough that they believe they can win.
Seton Hall/Villanova Under 126
Two of the slowest offenses in the land, and longest defensive possessions as well. Nova is gonna want to shoot a lot of 3s but SH runs teams off the line as well as anyone. To bad their offense is atrocious. First team to 60 wins this one, in an absolute snooze fest.
Valpo +21
Buckeyes have Kentucky on deck, and the Crusaders are one of the best teams at getting to the foul line, and then one of the best at hitting their free throws. This is too many points for me to pass up, given the look ahead, and the ability of Valpo to create points at the free throw line.
Utah St -10
The Aggies are an absolute machine on their home floor. They have the altitude advantage, and one of the best home court atmospheres of anyone. SD doesn't have any depth, and they will need it in the mountains. USUs offense at home is a wagon, and that continues tonight, vs a misleading 9-2 San Diego team.
