Really great luck last night hitting a solid return on the the Dodgers -1.5. As I said in yesterday's post as well, I am on the Dodgers to Win the World Series from before the playoffs stated at +300. So I don't, nor really can't, back them every night. And tonight I think they might lose outright but they will not go down without a fight.
In the past 10 games the OVER is now 9-1 for the Dodgers. Of course last night was miraculous in that regard as well, but tonight both Rodon and Yamamoto have been hit in their playoff starts. Plus, Rodon is significantly worse pitching on the road. And Yamamoto slightly worse pitching at home.
I don't think one or either of these pitchers do not get hit. The stakes are really high for both clubs as the Dodgers know Lady Luck cannot save them again and they will be eager to try and get to Rodon early. For the Yankees, it's really the same story, they need to figure out a way Aaron Judge can contribute. Stanton and Soto are carrying their offense so if he does get involved, I think they get the W.
There should be more than sufficient runs from both of these offenses to get over an inflated 9 runs. I grabbed this early at 8.5 and paid some extra juice but I really think we see some runs scored this evening. I'm taking this at 9 as well and posting it as my play tonight:
OVER 9 (NYY/LAD) EVEN
Hoping for just as entertaining a game tonight as last. And of course a visit to the window to cash the tickets. As always, tail or fade, good luck to all...
