How come prostitution is legal in certain counties outside LV city and not in Vegas itself?
It would seem logical that this is something that would come in under state law and not differ from county to county.And also what penalties are enforced for solicitation in the city?
Would a tourist be looking at deportation or imprisonment if caught?

State law makes it a county option except for Clark (Vegas) and Washoe (Reno) counties where it is illegal.

Try this one. Go to Bill's at around 5AM and relax and play some tables. Around this time girls start stumbling up from Drais. Talk about easy pickins and your are out zero
