MLB rank error

Under my profile my rank is #2 with a record of 160-89 and 26,900 units but in the overall leaderboard appears as rank #635 with only a partial record of 7-4, which is incorrect. Several emails sent to customer support but no response from covers. Help needed pls!

The same thing has happened to myself, and over 200 MLB CONTEST participants. (I stopped counting)

The contest has no merit, somebody, somewhere,  has absolutely no idea what the fuc,k they're doing

(IT)  and can't fix, or administrate their own contest!

Hey Tammy any update, leaderboard is still a complete mess, people with negative record are in the top ten

 When you see people with a negative record are in the top ten, look at their performance during the 2 weeks prior to Jul 14. You will see they lost a lot of points those 2 weeks. On Jul 14, the entire leaderboard rolled back 2 weeks (estimate). This did not happen on the Consensus page or our Picks Profile pages. That explains the difference.

 Ok, but I have over 24k units and I¡¯m not ranked in the leaderboard, my rank has no been fixed and I think covers will ignore this, almost 3 weeks since this issue was reported and no response, no solution

 I feel ya. I hate seeing that. peede should be at 24k also and is at around 2k. Something is randomly rolling scores back. I have stopped picking in hopes that it won't hit me.

I would like to be optimistic but someone here is not doing their job. Hope this can be fixed and fair. You¡¯re doing great in securing your spot.

 You are no longer one of the few. Now the entire leaderboard has rolled back to close to the beginning of the season. I am now in 41st place.

Please disregard my last post. Somehow I ended up looking at the 2022 playoffs, so my post is incorrect. The leaderboard is in the same state as yesterday after the completion of all games.

Any update pls ?  I closed today with a positive 2500 units (5-0), my total units are 27,925 up to date. My record is 271-185, again  27,925 units and not ranked in the leaderboard ??

 I just came here to congratulate you on goin 5-0. Hopefully they will use my suggestion and go with the Consensus board after voiding the Aug 3 picks that were only voided on the actual leaderboard. You and I both would lose 7000, but you would still be up there. We will see what they decide to do.

Yes, I would lose 6450 units from 8/3. But this is taking so long and I have no idea why I¡¯m not been ranked even in the monthly leaderboard.
