Anyone else betting this? Should be one of the most entertaining heavyweight title fights in a
long while, on HBO Saturday afternoon. I
personally took the under 9? at evens because I think they are going to
have to mix it up with their respective huge sizes if Fury is aggressive
as he has to be to win, but I think Wlad will catch Tyson after a few
rounds. The under also covers Tyson upsetting Wlad before the middle of
the tenth of course.
Also, looking at the champion's record, five out of eight of Wlad's most recent fights ended inside the distance and every one of those ended between the fourth and sixth round. I think that's too many times to call that coincidence, so maybe one can attribute it to Wlad's propensity to getting warmed up and figuring his opponent's timing after a few rounds so I put a few bucks on that prop at nice odds.
