Favorites to win the Premier League
Liverpool (-124)
Liverpool were once again the big winners of the week, edging past Southampton 3-2 with goals from Dominik Szoboszlai and a brace by Mo Salah.
But it wasn't just their result that had Liverpool fans excited. Fellow title contenders Manchester City continued to struggle, this time suffering a 4-0 defeat to Tottenham.
As a result, the Reds now hold an eight-point lead at the top of the table and have seen their odds shorten to -124.
Arsenal (+330)
Arsenal are now the second betting favorite in the market despite sitting nine points off Liverpool.
This almost feels as a default position thanks to Man City's struggles, but with a favorable upcoming schedule, the Gunners could make up some ground in a hurry.
Manchester City (+351)
Is their trouble in paradise?
Manchester City are no longer the betting favorite to defend their crown, as they are now winless across their last six matches in all competitions, including a 4-0 thrashing last time out vs. Tottenham.
The defense is giving up far too many chances and the offense can't seem to find that timely goal.
Sitting just eight points back after Round 12, Man City are still right in the the thick of it.

Understanding EPL betting odds
EPL futures odds are constantly adjusted throughout the offseason due to player transfers and injuries. Once the season begins, title odds will change as teams win and lose games and as more players get hurt or suspended. Sportsbooks will also adjust EPL odds based on handle and liability to certain teams.
EPL futures odds will usually look like this:
Manchester United +350
This means that on a $100 bet, you'll stand to win $350 if Manchester City wins the EPL Championship. If it's close to the end of the competition, or a club has been particularly dominant, you might see them with a minus sign (-) ahead of their odds.
Liverpool -500
This means that you would need to bet $500 to win just $100 on a Liverpool championship.
